Renovation & Restoration
Existing structures carry history that new buildings cannot replicate. We work with what is already there — preserving what endures, removing what doesn't, and adding new only where it earns its place.
Every restoration begins with a survey. We document the existing structure in full — its condition, its character, its potential. Only then do we propose what changes and what stays. This process takes longer than starting from scratch. It produces better results.
We work with buildings of all ages and conditions — 19th-century farmhouses, mid-century modernist villas, urban apartments in listed buildings. Each project requires a different approach, different materials, and a different relationship with local planning authorities.
We have experience navigating all of it.
The result is a home that feels neither frozen in time nor disconnected from it. Original features sit alongside new interventions. The building's history is legible, but the space works for the way you live now.
